Could use two telescopes as a kind of giant binoculars twice the light we see?
He assumed a provision of two telescopes to look with both eyes, would I see more light than if I was using only a telescope? Perhaps, if not more light, binocular vision to provide other benefits? For example, the sharpness, clarity, or something.

But I think everything has to be very precisely balanced between the two parties, that can take only two telescopes and glue them together - that's why I do not see very often, if at all.
